Sheila B. Singer, Psy.D. Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Sheila Bloom Singer graduated from Nova Southeastern University and completed her internship at Northwestern University’s Counseling and Psychological Services. She received intensive training in the treatment of eating disorders and their comorbid pathologies during her post doctoral residency at the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders. She has extensive experience in treating adolescents and adults in a variety of therapeutic settings and modalities. Her specialty areas include couple’s therapy; family therapy; eating disorders; gay-lesbian-bisexual-transgender issues; addictions to alcohol, drugs, gambling, nicotine, and caffeine; depression and anxiety. Dr. Singer is bilingual and provides services in both Spanish and English.
